3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website or other means are:

• Provided free of charge
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Subject to site inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions
• Not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties

4. Project Agreements

Once a quote is accepted and a contract is signed:

• A deposit may be required to secure your project date
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances
• Changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and timeline
• Payment terms will be outlined in the signed contract

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Customers may cancel projects before work begins, subject to deposit forfeiture for materials ordered
• Once work has commenced, cancellation fees will apply as outlined in the contract
• Refunds for completed work are not provided
• Disputes regarding work quality should be reported immediately for resolution

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Ocean County Hardscapes provides:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in individual project contracts
• Material warranties as provided by manufacturers (Cambridge Pavers, Techo-Bloc)
• Commitment to address any workmanship issues reported within the warranty period

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ocean County Hardscapes shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked by utility companies
• Settling or movement of hardscape features due to soil conditions beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ocean County Hardscapes or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct
